JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with various functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product development, and other departments.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience as a CMO/Marketing Director or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Technology company is an advantage OR experience in the Finance/Banking industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that lead to business growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in public speaking.
