JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the Sales Director in working and coordinating with Sales Managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales teams.
  • Analyze competitors, market, and products.
  • Develop bonus schemes and KPIs to evaluate the performance of the sales department.
  • Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College/University degree in economics, business administration, commerce, or related fields.
  • Basic foreign language skills and communication abilities are an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales team management, preferably in IT, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Understanding of technology, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
