JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Sales Director in working and coordinating with Sales Managers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales teams.
- Analyze competitors, market, and products.
- Develop bonus schemes and KPIs to evaluate the performance of the sales department.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College/University degree in economics, business administration, commerce, or related fields.
- Basic foreign language skills and communication abilities are an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales team management, preferably in IT, e-commerce, or retail.
- Understanding of technology, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
